The Fall Guy is an upcoming action comedy film from the United States, written and directed by Drew Pearce and David Leitch. It is a reimagining of Glen A. Larson’s 1980s TV show of the same name. Emily Blunt and Ryan Gosling are the movie’s stars. On March 1, 2024, Universal Pictures plans to release The Fall Guy in the United States.

The Fall Guy is based on the same-titled 1980s television series, which centers on a Hollywood stunt actor who doubles as a bounty hunter by using his skills to sneak from being a stuntman to a law enforcement officer.

Gosling plays Colt Seavers in this film remake, an unemployed stuntman hired to fill in for his ex-director as the film’s douchebag star. Colt must search through the undergrowth of Hollywood to locate the missing A-lister, utilizing his stuntman expertise to save both the film and the day.

Colt, a worn-out and elderly stuntman, gets hired to work on a movie set alongside the A-list celebrity he used to double for. Colt offers his assistance in looking for the missing actor after the star goes missing and the movie, which is being directed by Colt’s ex-girlfriend, faces closure.
